About
Our history begins in the early 90s, after acquiring a license from a popular Italian alcoholic beverage company, to produce a novel alcoholic beverage for the Russian market.
It was a new and exciting product and sales grew steadily. Unexpectedly, it proved challenging to supply the production with enough glass packaging. A bottle of the required quality and quantity was not, at that time produced in Russia. An idea was born: to build a glass packaging plant in the Southern Region and in turn supply the production of our beverage. This new plant was built to provide Russian manufacturers of various beverages with glass packaging produced in the south of Russia while meeting international quality standards at the same time.
Protection of Environment
Our composite shop is currently the largest in Russia. Specially developed and patented flue gas cleaning technology allowed to bring the degree of their cleaning to the maximum level. The residual dust concentration does not exceed 2 mg / m3. This newest system returns the fine fraction of raw materials back to the process, ensuring healthy working conditions for staff and preventing dust emissions into the atmosphere without disturbing the city’s environment.
Cullet is a necessary component for melting glass. Sorted broken glass of the desired colour is not always available and because of this, glass packaging factories may experience supply disruptions. In order to meet the growing needs of our company, we built a new cullet sorting workshop and equipped it with optical equipment by the Austrian company “BT Wolfgang Binder”. This company offers the most innovative solutions in the field of automated waste processing. During the day, our shop processes up to 700 tons of cullet, removing dirt from it and dividing it by color. Our cullet workshop has a positive effect on the ecology of the region, allowing us to convert unclaimed waste of highly contaminated cullet into raw materials for the production of new glass packaging.
